Postage

We charge a flat rate of £4.00 for all orders no matter how many items you buy and parcels are usually sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours. Delivery is typically 3-5 working days, although there are just two of us running the shop alongside full time work. If a parcel is taking much longer than expected, please get in touch with us!

All packaging is discrete and we try and use recyclable/recycled materials.

Collection is possible from M13 or M20, please email us if you would like this option, get in touch and we can arrange. 

Returns/Exchanges

If you have ordered something from us, you have 14 days to change your mind. Send us an email within 14 days of purchase to request a refund for a digital item (gift card, event ticket), proof of purchase required. For a refund on a physical item (book, merch) you will need to return the item to us in its original, unused condition. We also offer exchanges if you would like to exchange for another product.
